Simply choose your preferred time slot, arrive during your booked period, and enjoy prioritized entry.
You can decide which ticket option to choose and how long you’d like to stay once you’re on-site.
- A reservation must be made for each person (including babies and toddlers).
- Guests of the Spreewelten Hotel do not need to make a reservation.
- Reservations can only be made online.
- The number of reservations is limited to 135 slots per half hour.
- Please also note that these half-hour time slots are only available for booking between 10:00 AM and 1:00 PM.
- After that time, you can only visit us without a reservation.
- Reservations can be made up to 30 days in advance or until 6:00 AM on the day of your planned visit.
- Please note: Reservations cannot be canceled or rescheduled!
